Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for damaged merchandise. Contact us at judewear@aol.com if you have an issue. For costume type items, we only take returns due to manufacturing defects. Confirm your size in advance with the size chart and order early if you need the item for an event. We do not accept returns related to shipping times.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Everything we sell is made to order so it is important that you get the size right. All of our listings have size charts. It is important that you measure yourself and pick your correct size from the chart. We do not refund if you choose the wrong size. We will refund or exchange if you receive a size other than what you ordered.

We do not warrant delivery times. If you need your item for a particular event, order early. Nearly all of our items are made AFTER you order it. Delivery times range from 1 week to 3 weeks. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
